How We Screen Your Rental Applicants
Our goal isn't just to rent your property quickly. It's to place the right resident. Taking the time to thoroughly screen applicants helps reduce turnover, protect your investment, and create a positive rental experience for both property owners and residents. We believe finding the best resident is far more valuable than simply finding the fastest one.
A basic credit check and employment verification only tell part of the story. That's why our comprehensive resident screening process goes beyond the basics to evaluate each applicant as a whole. Our screening includes:
Credit history and credit check
Employment and income verification
Debt-to-income ratio analysis
Eviction history screening
Criminal background check
Previous landlord references
Our screening process is never based solely on a credit score. Instead, we take a comprehensive approach to evaluating every applicant, helping us place qualified residents who are more likely to pay on time, care for your property, and fulfill the terms of their lease. This proven process helps minimize risk and gives property owners greater peace of mind.
